• Chatbot: Our chatbot processes and stores everything you enter for the purpose of providing automated responses, support, and (where applicable) creating summaries of the conversation. Do not enter sensitive information unless necessary for your inquiry.
• Cookies: Our website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies at this time.
• Logfiles: We do not store server logfiles or IP addresses beyond what is necessary for technical provision of the website.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests, e.g. in processing your inquiry).

Recipients and Third Parties

• OpenAI: Chatbot queries are processed via OpenAI (USA). This means the data you enter in the chatbot is transmitted to OpenAI for the purpose of generating a response. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive data unless necessary.
• Hosting Provider: Our website is hosted by NetCap (likely located in Germany). Data is stored within the EU as far as possible.
• No Analytics/Tracking: We do not use analytics, tracking tools, or other third-party integrations at this time.

Storage Duration

Your data is stored as long as necessary to process your inquiry or as required by law. Chatbot conversations and contact form inquiries are kept until deletion is requested by you. There is currently no automated deletion policy; data is deleted manually upon request.
